Yale Health is a not-for-profit, clinician-led health plan that operates a medical center on the Yale campus. Yale Health provides access to a unique model of care that delivers services to its members, all located under one roof, in a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Care Medical Home. An acute care department is open seven days a week for those with serious illnesses or injuries. Other departments include athletic medicine, dermatology, internal medicine, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and student health.

Ellana prepared preliminary cost estimates for the master plan effort led by Shepley Bulfinch. The master plan features components to improve the patient experience, circulation & wayfinding, staff amenities, safety, and technology integration.
