Cost estimating for the removal of a three-story portion of the First Road Parking Garage from its east façade up to, but not including the stair/elevator tower. A vivarium is on the lower level, Level A, connects the campus underground utility tunnel running along the east edge of the building site. The first floor includes amenity spaces, a lounge and grab-and-go-style food service. The second floor includes group meeting spaces and showcase core lab such as the Vector Lab. Levels three through nine include research lab space. The penthouse is a fully enclosed two-story space.
