Ellana provided cost estimating services for a new 190,000 SF, six story engineering building. The Fascitelli Center for Advanced Engineering is designed to attract the best new faculty, students, and industry partners. The scope of work includes an entrance lobby, research labs, classrooms, offices, and conference rooms. The building has an H-Pile foundation, steel superstructure, face brick, metal rain screens, and curtain wall facades.
