Ellana performed cost estimating services for the renovation of Wu Hall at Princeton University in New Jersey. Wu Hall, built in 1983, is a multifunctional hall located at the Butler Residential College at Princeton University. The scope of work includes renovations of rooms and common areas, MEP upgrades, façade and interior restoration, as well as window and roof replacement.
