SUNY Albany Building 30 Renovation

Ellana is assisting the design team in preparing cost estimates for the Building 30 renovation.

The SUNY Albany Building 30 for Engineering/Science is located on Uptown Campus and currently houses to the Earth Science and Mathematic departments. The university is looking to renovate this 96,700 GSF building to serve the chemistry and organic chemistry departments. The program includes new chemistry labs, computer classrooms, teaching classrooms, MEP rooms, offices, and open office areas.

The scope includes selective demolition, ADA upgrades, roof replacement, interior partitions and finishes, including acoustical treatment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, tele-communications, and security systems.
