Ellana provided cost estimating and value engineering services for renovations to an existing basketball arena. Includes addition of club-level suites at the ground floor. The team performed a cost per square foot analysis study that was followed by design phase estimates for all disciplines. Ellana and Perkins and Will also collaborated on LaSalle Athletics’ Master Plan, that provided estimates for renovations to many sites across four phases and seven facilities inlcuding the basketball arena, recreation center addition, Trumark Financial Center renovations, field house renovations and addition, an East Campus team facility, McCarthy Stadium and Devincent Stadium.
