CUNY City College of Technology - Various Roof Replacement

Ellana is providing cost estimating services for roof replacements at the Library Building (L), General Building (G), and Environmental Building (E). The project scope also includes the replacement of the roof of Building L terrace. The overall work area for this project is approximately 35,000 SF.

The present building roofs, which are all more than 30 years old, are showing signs of leaking and deteriorating. The program consists of removing and replacing existing roof equipment, bulkheads, roof structures, parapets, and copings.
