SUCF Facilities Master Plan

Ellana was tasked to provide early-discovery cost data for planned renovations throughout SUCF’s campuses across the five boroughs of New York City. Based on limited documentation provided by the owner and design team, Ellana created cost-per-square-foot ranges for three levels of construction: low intensity, medium intensity, and high intensity renovations. These costs will be used to provide a master plan of construction costs for SUCF in the coming years.
