Hunter College Master Plan

Cost estimating for the master plan. Provided many options and alternatives for mechanical systems. (2022)

Hunter College, Student Union

Cost estimating for the renovation of 10,500 square feet of recreational space that includes offices, a 3,000-square-foot game room, amenities, gathering and collaboration spaces and servery. (2017)

Hunter College Library

Cost estimating services for proposed renovation of the 6th -7th floors at Hunter College Wexler Library. Scope covers interior demolition/protection of two floors in the library which it’s scheduled to remain in operation during construction. The 40,600-square-foot renovation includes new interior finishes to accommodate the new layouts. (2015)

Hunter College, Brecher Rehearsal Hall Renovation

Cost estimating for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot rehearsal space. The scope of work included demolition of the existing space and providing new partitions, doors, millwork, and finishes including a linear wood veneer ceiling system. The project also consisted of upgrades to the fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. (2018)
