Princeton University - Moffet-Guyot Linker Building 3rd Floor Renovation
Princeton, NJ
Plans for an extensive renovation of the third floor of the combined Moffett and Guyot Linker Building at Princeton University are underway. Currently, the Department of Molecular Biology (MolBio) occupies most of the building, except for the third floor. The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology vacate the third floor in 2025. The space will be renovated and turned over to MolBio to accommodate laboratories, laboratory support, and administrative spaces.
The completed 10,300 SF renovation will provide state-of-the-art research laboratory space for multiple MolBio principal investigators. A shared open laboratory space housing lab benches and support for benchtop equipment, fume hoods, and glassware cabinets will be created. Opposite the shared lab, the renovation will include flexible support rooms to be outfitted for use for microscopy, tissue culture, and environmentally controlled rooms (i.e., cold rooms.)
