Ellana provided cost estimating services for construction of a Starbucks Coffee Shop in the Melville Library at the SUNY Stony Brook University Campus.

The scope covered removal and protection of existing spaces within a currently operational campus library and construction of a new Starbucks Coffee Shop within the library. The work included selective demolition, sitework for new utilities, architectural interior, structural and new MEP work. The estimate factored in the installation of owner furnished items and use of specified standard materials from pre-selected vendors.

Our team utilized Starbucks’ standardized finished materials necessary to each individual Starbucks shop to fit within their corporate branding guidelines.
