Cost estimating for three options of the construction of a new school of business building alongside existing building renovations and site work. The study provided costs for a new 121,000 SF building, and 120,000 SF on renovations to existing structures. ELLANA provided costs for three approaches and varying building-and-renovation sizes to determine the most cost-effective (per square foot) method.
