Ellana prepared a 50% CD cost estimate for a 10-elevator upgrade and replacement project at Healey Library and Campus Center at UMass Boston. Each building occupies a prominent spot on the main campus Quad.
Healey Library is one of the four original campus buildings at UMass Boston. The Campus Center is the heart of the university, providing the gateway to campus life. This elevator modernization project is one of dozens across the University of Massachusetts system addressing critical deferred maintenance priorities.
