Ellana provided cost estimating services for this task order for Elite as part of their NCC On- Call Construction Management Contract.

The task order for mechanical upgrades and bathroom renovation takes place at the Administrative Building, Tower (T) Building. The scope of work includes:

  • Abatement of all hazardous materials of all existing systems

  • Demolition and removal of significant portions of existing mechanical systems, equipment, and fixtures

  • Installation of new mechanical equipment and associated items in sub-basement

  • New HVAC System including BMS

  • New plumbing, isolation valves and associated items on all floors

  • Complete bathroom renovations; new fixtures and associated items

  • Testing and Commissioning of new systems and equipment

  • Training for new systems and equipment
