University of Maine - Flowing Seawater Laboratory Renovation

The University of Maine is doing a comprehensive renovation to its Seawater Laboratory at the Darling Marine Center in Walpole, Maine. Scope includes new dock work, and a complete replacement of the seawater support systems for the research work. The original laboratory facility will also be substantially upgraded.

Ellana, Inc. provided preliminary comparative estimates for alternative configurations of seawater equipment installations, including pumping facilities. We also performed the SD level estimate on the laboratory renovation itself, and will support Ellenzweig with detailed phase estimation moving the project to bid and completion.
