Ellana provided cost estimating services to SpaceSmith for 4,250 square feet of laboratory fit-out and renovations at Pupin Hall and Nevis Cyclotron. The project includes partial interior demolition across several floors, and replacement of prefabricated glass for 1,000 clean rooms. The team provided costs for all disciplines and provided alternates, all of which account of escalation over a multi-year period.
