Richmond Hill Branch Library Budget Study
Queens, NY
Ellana prepared a budget estimate for a theoretical new building to replace an aging branch library in the Richmond Hill neighborhood of Queens. The original 1905 structure was once the borough’s main library and funded by Andrew Carnegie. An addition was built in 1929. Richmond Hill branch library has been slated for renovation by the Queens Borough Public Library. This budget estimate for a new building is part of a pricing comparison exercise.
Our cost experts reviewed pricing and labor costs for a new electrical distribution panel, plumbing, HVAC boiler, and sprinkler systems.
