Peace Dale Library Community Learning Center Renovation

Using grants and capital funding, the town of Wakefield is creating a Community Learning Center at the Peace Dale Library Branch to help improve workforce assistance, health monitoring, and education support.

Constructed in 1891, the original structure is a massive Richardsonian Romanesque stone building with a hip-roof and large wood-shingled section at the rear with a louvered cupola, The last major renovation was completed in 1990.

Ellana provided cost estimating services on this 2,210 SF renovation project. Our estimate included sitework, HVAC upgrades, lighting, finishes, historic building elements, and sprinkler systems.
