Olana State Historic Site, Frederick Church Center

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the re-construction of a single-story vistior center with a sloping standing seam metal roof, and associated site works. The center sits atop a steep sloping site and features a glulam-frame construction with a timber panel system envelope and a cross-laminate timber (CLT) panel roof structure.

The building required redeveloped parking, paving, retaining walls, hard and soft landscaping in addition to new utilities connected to the adjacent network.

Ellana assisted in the delineation of project costs and direct costs to the team and participatedin review meetings to mark up and comment reviews on third-party estimates.
