Ellana provided cost estimating services for a 25,000-square-foot, three-phase renovation.

Phase 1 includes renovation of the welcome areas (glass vestibule, lobby; stair; shop), galleries and public program spaces (first floor galleries, schoolhouse, paresky court, education center, Modernism gallery, central gallery, special collections gallery), infrastructure (compact storage system, new vestibule, critical envelope, roof repairs) and entry sites (arrival, court, parking)

Phase 2 includes renovations to galleries and public program areas (south wing galleries, south elevation windows, church gallery, library), infrastructure (new offices, bathrooms, envelope repairs), administration offices and the surrounding site (annex, ravine)

Phase 3 includes renovations to the detached schoolhouse, terrace and surrounding site (orchard, clearing, processional path, fern walk, upland meadow).

This project involved comprehensive MEP and Infrastructure upgrades on each phase.
