Harding Park Playground

Harding Park Playground is in the Clason Point neighborhood of the Bronx, a waterfront neighborhood on the East River. In 1992, two vacant lots along Bolton Avenue were transformed into the park. The popular playground had not been upgraded since the initial construction, and community leaders advocated for much-needed repairs and updates for the entire site.

Ellana prepared a 30% CD estimate for this 150,000 SF park and playground site. Our estimate included pricing for stormwater retention components, playground equipment, spray showers, security lighting, basketball courts, seating areas, and landscaping elements.
