Ellana was retained to evaluate the engineers bid estimate and extrapolate the theoretical total project man hours and average cost per man hour. The purpose of this evaluation was to assist Epic in completing a PLA study for this project. The project is roughly 20,000 square feet in total affected construction area for the upgrading of a Con Ed switchgear at the Bronx Zoo.
