2229 Liberty Lane Feasibility Study, South Kingstown, RI

The feasibility study for the new expansion of the campus of DEM Division of Fish and Wildlife at Liberty Lane features a two-story 47,021 SF structure. The building is comprised of classrooms and labs, meeting rooms and offices, touch down stations and storage spaces, indoor archery range, kitchen, and back of house support spaces.

Arcadia Master Plan, Exeter, RI

Ellana also served as cost estimator for the campus expansion at the Arcadia site which houses the Department of Agriculture & Forest Environment staff, State Lands and Firefighters employees. The two-story 19,286 SF building includes classrooms, labs, meeting rooms, offices, kitchen, and back of house support spaces. Our estimates also featured pricing for sitework.
