Museum of Contemporary Art L.I. is in the Artspace building on Terry Street in downtown Patchogue. It is a leading arts non-profit organization producing critically acclaimed exhibitions while supporting the development of new works and public art on Long Island.

The design team prepared drawings for a complete renovation of an existing two-story wood framed structure (2,700 SF + attic) and surrounding property to accommodate art exhibition, performance, & reception spaces on the first floor and office, as well as meeting & educational space on the second floor.

Ellana developed cost estimates for the schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
