SJTA Atlantic City Expressway Farley Service Plaza & Headquarters

Ellana is providing cost estimating services for this new single building to house the service plaza and headquarters offices and to accommodate administrative/executive staff and patron services on Atlantic City Expressway. The building anticipates to include public entrances for eating and restroom facilities with access to the food service area. A separate entrance will be included for SJTA headquarters, with some public-facing SJTA functions on the same floor.

All existing operations at the Farley Services Plaza will continue to operate during construction of the new building.
