Ellana provided cost estimating services for the feasibility and constructability study for required modifications to address and improve ADA accessibility and the Court Street Station on the 4 Train line. The team drafted costs for stair improvements, a new ramp and passageway, two elevators from street to mezzanine to the platform and an updated control and EMR and EPR areas. The project also requires review of tunnel infrastructure and estimates for upgrades, improvements and renovations.
