LRTA, Gallagher Terminal Renovations and Maguire Transportation Center

Ellana provided cost estimating for the renovation of the LRTA-MBTA Gallagher Terminal and Commuter Rail to remove and replace the existing ceiling system of the third-floor corridor, including the reconfiguration and replacement of MEP work, as required to replace the ceiling. Work also includes removal of plaster and lathe ceiling in the stairway, replacement of rubber sheet flooring and the scraping and repainting of stairs, railings, and roof decks. The team provided costs for all disciplines in all phases the included removal and replacement of the commuter rail platform, removal and replacement of the pedestrian bridge from platform to terminal, interior renovation at third-floor corridor and window replacement on four floors.

This project also included providing costs for the removal and replacement of exterior windows and doors at Maguire Transportation Center.
