Ellana provided cost estimating and value engineering for the renovation of 13 stations to improve ADA accessibility. The project includes evaluation of abandoned lots, an administration building, demolition of existing structures, and repair of cable shop facilities. The team supported the development of bridging documents for future Design-Build improvement projects.
