Ellana provided cost estimating services to the awarded team for the renovation & expansion of the New Brunswick Train Station. New Brunswick Station opened in 1903, serving NJ Transit and Amtrak. The scope of work includes but does not limit to: a new accessible station building on Easton Avenue, including a full-scale renovation, MEP upgrades, and platform improvements.
