New York City Transit operates the largest public transportation agency in North America and one of the largest in the world featuring: 6,553 subway cars which collectively traveled 355.5 million miles in 2023, 472 subway stations, and 665 miles of track.
Ellana provided cost management and scheduling for occupied and phased subway line renovations in Manhattan: line structure component repairs on Broadway-7th Avenue Line (IRT) and 8th Avenue Line (IND) and storm water mitigation at 81st Street on Broadway-7th Avenue Line (IRT).
The project includes the 7th Avenue Line, 8th Avenue Line, bridge repairs at 133rd Street & LaSalle Street as well as demolition on 125th Street.
