RTS Wyoming Bus and Seneca Bus Garages

Ellana provided cost estimating services to Passero Architects for two new single-story pre-engineered bus garages, for a total of 26 buses. The two garages were built on a slightly sloping site. The team provided estimates for associates wash rooms, offices, utility works and surrounding site improvements.

Ellana estimates followed NYS OGS standards and layouts. The team accounted for the latest NY Prevailing Wages Table updates through 2023, and accounts for 5% escalation.
