Cost management services for the upgrade and maintenance of the here-listed government owned property. As per USACE requirements, the cost estimates were built using MCACES - MII software.

  • Constitution Island – $3.5 Million: Renovation of the Historic 19th century Werner Home and carriage house, and the creation of a new visitor center with the salvaged masonry ruins of a previously existing structure. Constitution Island site access is limited to twice daily by train only. (06/2015-06/2016)

  • Building 745B, Cadet Mess Hall – $3.3 Million: Fabrication and installation of new servery equipment, including upgraded utility services with limited impact to historic finishes. (07/2015-08/2016)

  • Building 622, Recreation Center – $2.5 Million: Upgraded heating and cooling system including new distribution and controls, and replaced finishes. (07/2015-04/2016)

  • Building 626, Administration Building – $1.3 Million: Upgraded heating and cooling system including new distribution and controls, with limited impact to finishes.

  • Times Square Recruiting Station - $1.6 Million - Renovation of recruiting station requiring ballistic glass facade, roof replacement and consideration for managing logistics in Times Square (2016)

  • AIF Rifle Range - Arsenal Building 7, Picatinny, NJ - Cost: $400,000 (05/2016-06/2016)
