Queens Civil Courthouse Plaza Renovation

Queens, NY

Queens Civil Courthouse opened in 1997. Its 10,000 SF public plaza on Sutphin Boulevard helps unify the structure with the older Supreme Courthouse across the street. To address the leaking from the plaza into the indoor parking garage below, granite slabs and landscaping will be removed and replaced during this renovation project.

Ellana provides cost estimating services for the team. Our estimate included granite slab pavers, waterproofing membranes with drainage mats, stone, planters, gravel fill, filter fabric, and tree grates.
