Ellana is providing cost estimating assistance to Urbahn Architects with preparing assessment and scope reports for 49 NYC Department of Youth & Community Services (DYCD) programs within NYCHA Community Centers within the boroughs of the Bronx and Manhattan. The cost estimates will be based on deficiency remedies and quantities identified by the A/E team. The properties range in size from under 1,000 SF to about 28,000 SF, for a total of approximately 460,000 SF.
