Riverview Wellness Village

Designed to serve 100-120 individuals, this first facility at Riverview Wellness Village will be part of a larger comprehensive wellness ecosystem. Located on 19 acres near the Delaware River at 7979 State Road, the renewed complex will include wellness spaces for various types of services to assist residents affected by addiction, homelessness, mental health challenges, and chronic and acute medical issues.
The scope of work includes modernizing an existing 127,000 SF structure built in 1954 and designing an addition. Ellana is providing cost estimating services at schematic, design development, and CD phases for this transitional wellness complex.
