Ellana prepared an order of magnitude estimate for Option 1B design of a one-story maintenance facility with a basement at Piers Park in East Boston.

The superstructure consists of pre-engineered building materials featuring steel, metal panel walls, metal panel roof and mezzanine floors. The project includes a fueling station with fuel storage tanks.

Our estimate featured pricing for reinforced concrete continuous footings, reinforced concrete, windows, doors, roofing, partitions, doors, millwork, solar panels, MEP, fire protection, and sitework.
