Ellana provided cost estimating services for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Lexington Avenue Armory. The scope of work includes roofing and roofing repair, selected structure demolition of interior and exterior, asbestos abatement, concrete repairs, brick masonry and stone masonry repairs, metal, and repair of existing architectural woodwork. The program also included elevator, vehicle lift, and wheelchair lifts repairs.
