Hubbells Lane Relief Sewer

Our client managed the design of the Hubbells Lane relief sewer project, which installs 500 feet of a new 36-inch diameter sewer on Hubbells Lane to reroute the flow from East Wall Street and allow the Wall Street overflow to be closed. When completed, the project will significantly reduce surcharging in the neighborhood.

Ellana prepared cost estimates during the design phase. Our estimates included pricing for signage, concrete, underground power raceways, control panels, manhole work, excavation, backfill, sheeting, asphalt, piping, and sewer lines.
