The awarded team designed a 28,700 SF office consolidation for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) at 1333 Broadway in Manhattan. NYSERDA is a public-benefit corporation established by the New York State Legislature in 1975 to address the State’s energy and environmental challenges.

The leased office space across two contiguous floors features architectural and structural replacements, renovations, and repairs.

Ellana prepared cost estimates for this government interiors project. We provided pricing and labor rates for windows, flooring, ceiling systems, interior finishes, upgrades to fire alarm systems, elevators, and new and existing mechanical, electrical equipment / services, security systems, and data & communications systems.
