VAMC Building 2 Inpatient Mental Health Addition

The Brockton campus of the Veterans Administration Boston Healthcare System provides primary care and specialty services, including inpatient and outpatient mental health, long-term nursing care, palliative care, and hospice care. The mental health facility is expanding by 6,000 SF and 8,700 SF in Building 2 will be renovated. Ellana provided cost estimating services for this healthcare project. Improvements to the basement, roof, and exterior are planned.

Our estimates included pricing for concrete, steel, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) system, moveable partitions, stairs, carpet, domestic water distribution, above & below grade storm system, HVAC, fire protection, electrical power, nurse call system, landscaping, windows, and lighting.
