Ellana provided cost estimating services to the awarded team for the design and construction of an MIHIC in NJ. What will be located in New Jersey’s capital, Trenton, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is developing a Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Center (MIHIC). Along with the MIHIC, the project called for the design and construction of a new community center.
