Ellana prepared a DD cost estimate for this 14,200 SF acute care renovation project, comprised of two new dedicated zones for medium acuity and low acuity care. The expansion reduces congestion in the existing facility and expedites patient flow.
St. John’s Riverside Hospital Medical Village / Emergency Department Modernization at Andrus Pavilion encompasses two areas. The 7,490 SF medium acuity zone features treatment bays as well as an isolation and bariatric treatment room. The 2,795 SF low acuity zone includes treatment bays and exam rooms. Open centralized nurse stations, new administrative offices and a conference room adjacent to the existing waiting room round out the new program areas.
