NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens is the first municipal hospital in the borough of Queens. The 269-bed facility offers high-quality care for cancer, diabetes management, women’s health, and behavioral health.
Ellana prepared an order of magnitude cost estimate for refined option 2 and completed an energy efficiencies initiative exercise for this six-story renovation and new build that features an automatic parking garage.
The 800,000 SF future project will be phased to include the garage building, infill building lower, infill building upper, ambulatory building - new infill building lower, infill building upper, associated heavy & cosmetic renovations building demolition, site improvements, and utility work.
