COVID-19 Test Site Facility Conversions

Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, NY

Ellana provided project support for site conditions assessments, logistics and schedule planning, cost estimating, and MEP scoping and reporting for existing facilities across the five boroughs of New York City for potential conversion to COVID-19 testing site facilities. Facilities that were inspected and evaluated were part of a broad program led by the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYC DDC).
