Eleanor Slater Hospital Zambarano Campus Acute Care Hospital

This new hospital features 100 inpatient beds integrating several levels of care including long term acute care and extended care services for Rhode Island’s medically complex patients. The 152,125 SF facility will relocate the State’s current patients from the aging Frank Beazley building (also called the Zambarano Hospital) to this advanced facility.

Comprised of all private rooms, the design emphasizes clinical outcomes, patient safety, and the use of technology and innovation for patient care.

Ellana is developing cost estimates for each phase of the design. Our estimates feature costs for exterior closure, conveying systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, sitework, FF&E, renewable energy installations, exterior and interior lighting, earthwork, storm water management, concrete retaining walls, landscaping, and building enclosure materials.
