NYU Langone Health - Vlicek Hall

This project involves providing cost estimating services for the renovation of select areas within NYULH Vilcek Hall, located at 334 East 26th Street. The spaces are currently, and will continue to be, used by NYULH. Renovated spaces will contain the Lobby, Common Area Lounges, Student Organization Offices, Restrooms, Fitness Rooms, Corridors, and Residential Dormitory Units. The existing building contains the following:

- Cellar Level: Fitness Rooms, Laundry, Mechanical Spaces

- Level 1: Study room, offices, package room, mail room, and (4) residential units

- Level 2: Common areas and (4) residential units

- Level 3-25 (22 Levels; No 13th Level): (9) residential units per floor

- Level 26: (6) Residential Units
