Cost estimating for the construction of a new rehabilitation and post-acute care hospital as part of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia King of Prussia Campus expansion, totaling 228,500 SF. The project includes an 84-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital and an outpatient rehabilitation facility with specialized program elements such as aquatic therapy and associated support spaces. The scope also incorporates a rooftop helicopter pad and a skybridge connection to the existing facility. A future Phase 2, consisting of a parking garage and fit-out of a 28-bed inpatient unit, is excluded from the current project scope.
