Soundview Park Recreation Center

Ellana prepared cost estimates for a new recreational center at Soundview Park in the Bronx. The 45,000 SF facility includes a gymnasium, fitness/exercise area, running track, dance room, locker rooms, media area, classrooms, and office space.

The new structure complements the natural environment with an energy efficient design that relies on geothermal and solar power.

Our estimates featured pricing and labor rates for a hybrid GS/WSHP DOAS ERV HP-1, PV roof panels, sloped metal roof, metal panels, masonry veneer, storefront glass, windows, motorized shades, sitework, and landscaping. The park will remain operational during construction.
