Coney Island West Seaside Park Development

Plans to redevelop the western side of Coney Island are underway by the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYC EDC). Ellana produced a conceptual design estimate based on concept drawings for Parcel B which includes demolishing the 40,000 SF Ford Amphitheater structure to construct a new 7,000 SF Seaside Park.
Parcel B represents a small section of the overall Coney Island West plan which will focus on creating a year-round, mixed-use district supported by vibrant residential, retail, and community-serving uses alongside entertainment and amusements.
