Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park Playground Renovation

Ellana is providing cost estimating services for the significant renovation and upgrade of the MLK Playground that is last renovated in 2004. This project aim to implement playground improvements with enhancing the usability, functionality, safety, accessibility,and inclusivity of the playground for all users.
The project scope includes removing existing retaining walls, curbs, footpaths, fencing, playground equipment/pads and landscaping. Regrade, permeable stone paving, cast in place concrete pacing, play surfaces, precast wall, landscape and drainage is also part of the scope.
